There are two to choose from and both will count toward your award sales for the Campaign in which you order. As a New Avon Rep, you will only be able to order these Business Booster Kits within your First 5 Campaigns of your appointment date. The products included in these kits you can do with as you wish — Keep to use for yourself, demo to customers so they can try before they buy, or sell outright for a cash profit! 40% Discount New Representative Program Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What is the 40% Discount New Representative Program? 
A: The 40% Discount opportunity an exclusive “development” program for New Representatives in their first four (4) Campaigns with Avon.

Q. When does the Program begin? 
A: The program begins in Campaign 4, 2016 (Campaign 6 Trendsetter) and will run for a limited time only.

Q. How does the program work? 
A: New Representatives will receive a guaranteed 40% discount on all variable earnings products* (including those purchased by Customers through their AVON e-Store) in each of their first four (4) Campaigns when they have sales of $100 or more in each Campaign. In addition, the new Representative will receive a beauty sample assortment** in each campaign where he or she has qualifying sales of $100 or more. If the new Representative has sales of $100 or more in all four (4) Campaigns, he or she will also receive a Bonus Product Bundle (valued at over $100*** +) in his or her next order+. * Variable earnings products include most Beauty products and Jewelry (excluding Fine Jewelry and Watches) as indicated in the Avon brochure. ** Avon’s newest skin care, color and fragrance samples. Sample assortment will ship in the Representative’s next Campaign order placed on yourAVON.com provided that order is placed within two (2) Campaigns of earning the sample assortment, otherwise the sample assortment earned will be forfeited. *** Based on regular brochure prices. Avon reserves the right to change product selections and/or substitute a prize of equal value. + If the new Representative does not place an order in his or her fifth or sixth campaign, the bundle will be forfeited.

Q. What does the new Representative have to do to participate in this program? 
A: To participate in this program new Representatives must have qualifying sales of $100 or more in each of their first four (4) campaigns. The way in which the qualifying sales will be calculated for the Campaign will depend on if (or when) the Representative places his or her first order on yourAVON.com. If the new Representatives places his or her first order on yourAVON.com, those sales plus any e-Store orders and/or any Avon Sales Center Purchase made before the campaign close for that yourAVON.com order will be combined to calculate the first $100 order, provided those sales occur within the same campaign if the new Representative does not place a first order on yourAVON.com any e-Store orders and/or any Avon Sales Center purchases will count as the first campaign.

Q. Does the new Representative’s account need to be in good standing to receive the product reward(s) they earn during his or her first four Campaigns? 
A: Yes. A Representative must be active and in good standing to receive any rewards.

Q. When will the beauty sample assortments the Representative earned be shipped? 
A: The beauty sample assortment rewards will be included in the new Representative’s next Campaign order placed on yourAVON.com within the next two (2) Campaigns.

Q. When will the New Representative receive his or her Bonus Product Bundle? 
A: The new Representative will receive his or her Bonus Product Bundle when he or she places a fifth Campaign order. If earned, the Representative must place a fifth or sixth order on yourAVON.com to receive the bundle. If the Representative does not place a yourAVON.com order either of these two (2) Campaigns, the Representative will forfeit the bundle.

Q. Do reinstatements count as New Representatives? 
A: No, Reinstatements do not count. For more information on what is defined as a reinstatement, refer to the Avon Independent Sales Representative Policies & Procedures which can be found on the Community Tab on yourAVON.com.

Q. Do the orders have to be placed on time? 
A: Yes, orders must be submitted on time as defined in the Avon Independent Sales Representative Policies & Procedures located on the Community Tab on yourAVON.com.

Q. Do the orders have to be paid for on time? 
A: Yes. For product rewards to be sent, the new Representative’s account must be in good standing (past due no more than $0 USD). Avon may review the new Representative’s account status in the second, third, fourth, and fifth Campaigns.

Q. Are Bonus Dollars included in calculating the sales qualifier for this Program? 
A: No. Bonus Dollars like Double / Triple Dollar are not included in calculating the $100 sales qualifier for this Program.

Q. Do Online Orders, Direct Delivery, Sales Center and Representative Delivery orders count towards the $100 per campaign sales qualifier this Program? 
A: Yes. Online Orders, Direct Delivery orders, Sales Center orders and Representative Delivery orders all count towards the $100 per campaign sales qualifier for this Program.

Q: Since Representatives typically only receive 20% discount on Direct Delivery Orders, how and when will they receive the additional discounts in each of their first four campaigns? 
A: Provided a Representative has qualifying sales of $100 or more at the close of the campaign, the additional 20% discount he or she earned on any Direct Delivery orders will show up as an adjustment on his or her Account and appear on his or her next invoice.

Demos, samples, sales tools and brochures count toward your campaign total order and toward your credit limit. 

DEMO DISCOUNT for all Representatives varies each campaign, based on order size and sales. President’s Recognition Program members are guaranteed a 40% discount on all demo purchases, except fixed-earnings items. The symbol indicates fixed earnings of 25% discount for President’s Recognition Program members and a 20% discount for all other Representatives. 

DEMO REBATE: Demo prices shown assume a 40% discount (except fixed-earnings items). You may qualify for a rebate, depending upon your order size and earnings level. 

DEMO LIMIT: You can order up to: McConnell Club: 15 of each, Rose Circle: 10 of each, Honor Society: 5 of each, President’s Club: 3 of each, All other Representatives: 1 of each. When demos are available in multiple sizes or colors, you may mix or match up to your demo limit.

You’ll be directed to the New Representative Center – your go-to resource for immediate info and support. Your welcome kit will be mailed to you. You’ll also be contacted by your AVON Sales Leader {that would be me!} AND your District Sales Manager to welcome you, answer every question, and guide you as you start up your business. Basically, you have a ton of support!

Can I earn back my start-up fees within 30 days?

Most AVON Representatives do! Simply by launching their business to family and friends, start-up costs are covered – plus earnings. The tools and programs available to a new representative help get you off to a great start.

How much can I make selling AVON?

Your earnings match your efforts, and your passion. You have the opportunity to grow your earnings as you grow your sales. Build on your success by inviting people into the AVON business and earn on recruiting efforts and team sales. Your success is unlimited!

How do I place orders?

AVON provides free online training courses through the AVON University. These courses are highly recommend as they are incredibly helpful and will even do a mock order so you can feel confident when the time comes to place your first order. When selling face-to-face, simply collect payment with your Customer’s order, then place the order via your New Representative portal online. Products will be sent directly to you to then deliver to your Customers. For your Customers ordering online, through direct delivery, you’ll receive payment and earnings through direct deposit or as a credit to your AVON account – that’s it!

How can I be successful?

Building relationships is at the heart of our business. Whether it be face-to-face, or online,selling AVON gives you the opportunity to build on the relationships you already have – and help you create new ones.
